The Minister of Mines and Steel Development, Arc. Musa Mohammed Sada has promised to be a good ambassador of Katsina state and Nigeria as he discharges his duties in the Ministry.

Arc.  Sada made this known when he received a delegation of the members of the Katsina state House of Assembly who paid him a solidarity visit in his office.

The Minister said his appointment as the Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has made him to discover the vast solid mineral resources across the states of the country.

Arc. Sada pledged to make judicious use of his tenure to reposition the mines and steel sector for the socio- economic development of the nation.

Earlier in his remark, the leader of the delegation and the majority leader of the katsina state House of Assembly,Hon. Abdullahi Tandama said that the purpose of the visit was to congratulate the Minister on his appointment, having done well in the state during his tenure as the Commissioner of Works .

Hon. Tandama expressed optimism that the Minister would perform optimally in his new assignment to move the mines and steel sector forward.
