The Minister of Mines and Steel Development, Arc. Musa Mohammed Sada has expressed optimism that the Mines and Steel sector will contribute significantly the socio-economic growth of the nation.
The minister made this declaration during his meeting with the management staff of the Ministry on his assumption of duty as the Minister.
The Minister promised to work as a team with the Directors and Professionals in the Ministry and its parastatals so as to move the sector forward.
Arc. Musa Sada added that strategic workable programmes that would stand the test of time would be developed to achieve results for the mining sector.
He said such workable programmes would be dynamic and strategic in such a way that would ensure continuity and be built upon by any successor.
He then charged the directors in the Ministry to be proactive and embrace cordial relationship so as to grow the sector. |
